Public Lands Room
This room will spotlight the public lands issue. The state legislature may pass laws demanding the Federal Government transfer lands to the state of Nevada. One of the reasons Nevada is so wide open is that very same Federal land ownership! There will be landscapes depiicting someof our lands, and a letter wiiting table should one feel motivated to write a letter, as well as a petition

My Noise Night set-up. Funny I'm playing my sax in the cold again, on a Friday night. Reminds me of High School pep band/Marching Band times. Those were the largest crowds I've performed for as of now...

Jay dee Skinner
TBD
Hello, my name is Jay Dee Skinner. I am a father of three and have been happily married for thirteen years. Originally from Southern California, I migrated to Reno five years ago, around the same time I stepped into my career in the tattoo world. Although my specialty is black and grey realism and custom fonts, I have no limitations on style- with provocative art bearing influences that include Mear1, Big Catrin De EMF, Alex Grey, and other artists who help develop a deeper meaning with the art of tattooing.

Reno & Sparks Nevada are innovation hot spots - heard a visitor compare what he sees here to the revolutionary energy he witnessed at the very beginning of the environmental movement. Portraiture
I have been doing art most my life, and have always loved portraiture. I've gone to the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland Or, as well as Academy of Art San Francisco in San Francisco Ca. I believe art should be available to eveyone and that it should be affordable. It is my desire to do that here with my works. McHaney Illustrations Website

Vision
Vision
Life of an Artist
The moniker “Vision” says quite a bit about the vibrant manager of The Morris Burner Hotel. He received the nickname during Mama Burn 2012 in Israel from friend “Superman” after a very detailed discussion on how to create a Burning Man event and community in the Middle-East. Vision, together with some of the most talented people on the planet, participated in 24 burns since 2009. For many of them, he held lead positions including; Greeter, Logistic DPW, and Event Lead.
“I see myself as an artist and my form of art is community. I’m creating BIG art projects that will involve as many people as possible that by the end of the project all of these people will be better leaders and can run the next project without me”
With his training in the Israeli Navy and a degree in Business and Economics, Vision brings years of leadership experience. He has also lead many art and community projects including: the Area 51 sound camp, “Garden of Vision” the Alex Grey Gallery, the “Hand of Inspiration” Israel CORE project, and the Black Box Film & Fire ART Festival (both in Reno and Atlanta).
“My goal in life is to receive a Nobel Peace Prize. I know that a lot needs to be done first, I have no deadline for this goal and in the mean time I am making sure that I’m enjoying everything I’m doing. To this end, being part of the Morris Burner Hotel was a big decision for me to choose, knowing that I will have the power to make a big difference in the Biggest Little City in the World, and from there, onto making a big difference on a little planet in a big galaxy.”
